Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, email contact@hill-labs.co within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. No explanation required.
Outside that window we consider refunds case by case — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an extended outage.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Your bank usually posts them within five to ten business days.
Free trials
A free trial is not charged. If you do not subscribe, it simply ends and there is nothing to refund.
